Track brands, products, links, SKU or ASIN, platform, status, contact, price, cost, notes, and follow-up dates.

Duplicate prevention

Compares brand, product, link, name, SKU or ASIN, and platform before saving to avoid repeated outreach.

Conversation history

Stores sent and received messages with direction, date, and time. Each entry can be edited or deleted later.

Assisted capture

PRIVACY

Data is stored locally in SQLite.
There is no mandatory account and no automatic third-party sync.
The extension only saves information when you confirm the capture.
JSON export makes backups and data preservation possible during updates.

RELEASE

Initial version for macOS.

Flow-GM is oriented to one-person, local use. The extension works as manual assisted capture. Automatic integrations with Gmail, Amazon, ChatGPT, or MCP are possible future evolution, not a promise of the current release.

1. Download the universal DMG for Intel or Apple Silicon Macs.
2. Move Flow-GM.app to the Applications folder.
3. Open it from Finder using right click and Open if macOS shows a warning.
4. Install the Chrome extension if you want assisted capture.
